History
Chong Aik Company was established in 1965. The founder,
Mr Teh Ah Hua, started off this business dealing in sewing machines
and motorcycles, which also consists of motorcycle repairs and dealing
with used and new motorcycles.
In 1978, we started importing reconditioned, used and new motorcycles
from Japan. At that time, our 900 square feet workshop at Joo Chiat
Road consists only of 6 staffs. We then diversified our business in 1985,
as importer and wholesaler of motorcycle spare parts and accessories.
In 1987, we opened our first branch at Norris Road, located at Little
India- a very well known spare parts central, in Singapore.
In 1994, Chong Aik International Pte Ltd was born.
In 2007, we have expanded to a total of 5 branches, all in Desker Road, at Little India. We now have around 50 staffs in total to
serve the ever-growing demand for our business.
Two of our branches are showrooms. Separated between 'Street' and 'Enduro' types, they always have plenty of helmets and
accessories on display. We make the best effort to bring in the latest product models to our showrooms for customers to
experience the first look and feel of the product, from helmets to boots to goggles and many more.
In order to ensure availability of stock at all times, we have a total of 13,000 square feet double-decked warehouse.
We have 4 other subsidiaries that also deal in motorcycles, parts and accessories.
We are also a supplier of motorcycle genuine parts from Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Kymco.
